    • TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARBAHKOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
    • ARBAHKOM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, ITS SERVERS, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM ARBAHKOM ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
  11. Limitation of Liability

    • IN NO EVENT SHALL ARBAHKOM'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ARBAHKOM, IF ANY, IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arbahkom, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
  13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    • These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
    • Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Algeria.
